Laser Transfer Supplies is collaborating with Supacolor to bring you a line of press ready transfers. All of our LTS x Supacolor transfers are pre-printed, pre-married, and ready to be pressed onto a garment. This allows you to take on large jobs that couldn't easily be done on your White Toner Laser, or allows you to get started with just a heat press as you save for your own printer!

The Custom Wearable formula is suitable for cotton, polycotton, and non-sublimated polyester fabrics. For dark polyester apparel, or blanks that aren't marketed specifically as sub-blocker / no or low bleed, take a look at the LTS x Supacolor Blocker formula of transfers.

LTS x Supacolor transfers are rated to resist cracking and fading for 70+ washes.

Order Requirements

  • Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10 pcs. per design. Designs cannot be combined on a single sheet aka no gang sheeting.
  • Use the Supacolor templates for best results. Instructions are included at the bottom of the template.
  • See art tips below, but truly vectorized art in the CMYK color space is preferred.
  • Use of a quality heat press is recommended. Handheld heat presses will not achieve the desired results.

Art Tips

Vector Art Files

Programs: Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Silhouette Studio, Corell Draw and others.

  • CMYK strongly recommended (RGB will be converted)
  • Optional: Pantone (PMS colorbook codes only)
  • Convert fonts to outlines
  • Convert strokes to objects
  • Embed any linked images
  • Save as PDF (also acceptable: .ai, .eps)

Raster/Bitmaps Art Files

Programs: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Fresco, Affinity Photo, GIMP and others.

  • CMYK strongly recommended (RGB will be converted)
  • 300-900dpi recommended (or send the best you have)
  • Use a transparent background for free-floating art
  • No fades or glows on free-floating art (Use clipping path to make sharp edges)
  • Save as PDF (also acceptable: .psd, .tiff, .eps, .png, .jpg)
