Spilled ink everywhere on day one, nothing on the inside but it stained the desk. Once we got it working the shirts looks so good. Now we don't have to buy 50/50 and 100% poly anymore!
We live on the main street street right outside of town, so we're very clear about delivry instructions. FedEx was supposed to get a signature and knock at our side door. I was upstairs and our dog was on the couch by the door. It never rang and the dog didn't bark. Fedex claimed they dropped off our heatpress and our printer. I was checking tracking all day, and then right after they said it was delivered I also called them. They gave me the run around and called the support here to tell them. They worked with Fedex and eventually the driver was caught, we believe he stole it, but later brought it back saying it was delivered to a wrong address. They left the press, but not the printer or supplies box? Laser Transfer Supplies was amazing to work with during the whole process and made sure I was taken care of.
Our main business is wedding photography and photobooth rentals. We bring the 560 to larger events and print shirts and keepsakes using the photos people take on their phones or in the booth. It added a lot of value to our wedding packages especially. Even if you can run a cord outside, watch out for humidity. It doesn't like that at all! But we love it!
